I believe soil health is essential - for nature and for people. Healthy soil is alive: rich in connections, resilient, able to regenerate and create the conditions for life to thrive. I think the same is true for people and communities. When the soil is healthy, the rest follows. Naturally.

By supporting ventures and foundations with money, attention, networks, knowledge and means, I try to put my beliefs into practice, while exploring alternative ways of investing in a traditional, male-dominated field.
